Instinctively you know whether something is right or wrong for you just by how it feels.

Wearing spikeless golf shoes may be much more comfortable for you.

However, it is impossible to make a shot while thinking of numerous other things like how you are standing, where the ball is, keeping your focus, etc.

UW 9th after 1st round of NCAA golf tournament (KING5 Seattle)
University of Washington shot a 17-over-par 305 to hold ninth place after the opening round of the NCAA Division I men’s golf championships today at West Lafayette, Ind. Huskies senior Zach Bixler, from Richland, was tied for 10th in the individual scoring with a 2-over-par 74 at Purdue’s Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex.

If you play golf with a perfectionist, this may not be very much fun.

Having optimum balance depends on three things how you see things, inner ear signals, and the signals that come from your muscles and joints.

Lets first talk about the method of using all your strength on your swing.
