You also dont want a pro that just stands and watches you swing.

If you suffer from arthritis, there is great news for you!

Exercise can help your mood, act as a pain reliever, increase your flexibility, help you to maintain your weight, improve your cardiovascular system, and make you generally healthier!

If you have a certain shot that you cannot seem to accomplish, think it out.

Keeping a wide smile helps to relax your face and will help to decrease anxiety also.

If you walk the golf course, you will benefit your health even more!

A lower compression ball is also a great training aid.

Swing easily and remember that you are transferring energy to the ball.
